Your main responsibilities
Develop the business plan covering all aspects of sales operations (sales, trade returns, A&P, market hygiene and inventory management) across all distribution channels
Manage a range of assigned products by overseeing the product's promotional administration
Monitor optimisation of Marketing Working Budget and gather market intelligence in related areas
Intimate knowledge of all the Suppliers and build a mutually respected professional business relationship
Conduct regular product training for internal staffs in order to be updated on product information
Education
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
Professional background
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in product management within the FMCG industry
Skill set
Possess strong marketing, interpersonal and public presentation skills
Excellent communication skills microsoft Office
Personal attributes
Able to work independently and motivate team members effectively
To be based at Petaling Jaya
