DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER
Tawau (Sabah)


Responsibilities:

Responsible for timely planning, coordination and implementation of development project in Sabah
To obtain necessary approvals, achieve project requirements and budget objectives
Responsible to effectively manage and work closely with lead consultants, architects, contractors and local authorities
Monitor work progress and workmanship to ensure delivery of high quality standards and compliance with requirements
Identify suitable land prospects and submit feasibility studies for approval
Provide current market insights on the industry and competitors
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure properties development meet customers’ needs and requirements
Requirements:


Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years experience in a property development, construction or consultancy company
Pro-active, highly organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to motivate, influence and train people
Good people management skills
